The time I lost a permanent tooth
Saturday, November 12th, I lost a permanent tooth.
Here’s some advice for you and your kids:dancing + slippery socks + wooden floors = bad things together!!
Now I have to wait until I’m 16 before I can get a replacement tooth.
That’s 8 years!
I bet your asking yourself how did this happen?
Well,I went on a brownie camping trip, and I drove there with my BFF, Emily Mastroly, her mom, my mom, and of course me!
We got to our cabin then we picked our bunk-beds.
When all the other girls got there we all headed to the kitchen just up the path. All of the parents went into the kitchen while all the girls stayed outside while the counselors raised the flag. Once it was all the way up, all of the girls said the Pledge of Allegiance and The Girl Scout Promise.
After we ate lunch and dinner we went back to the cabin.
That is when it all happened.
Mrs.Mastroly, Me,and my Mom drove to the nearest hospital.
They told me to only eat soft things you did not have to chew.
The next morning my dad, Andrew Seymour, took my little bother, Logan, to Old Country Buffet for breakfast.
They also went to the supermarket to get me yogurt and jello.
I stayed home from school for a day and just relaxed.
Ever since that day I’ve never danced on wood floors with slippery socks on my feet!
In checking my Flickr account this morning, there was a Message from Adam Currell, identifying a women in a photograph I took in 1985, with an image that he had done around the same time!
Now what do you think the chances of that happening!
WOW!
Sometimes, the moment is the focus, when memories are captured, and are easily lost. – als
