It is that time again! The annual Downingtown Christmas parade!
More images can also be found on my Flickr account – 2014 Downingtown Christmas Parade.
It was a little cold, but plenty of warm spirits!

I recently had a chance to photograph a friend of mine, as she slowly adds more ink to the various works of art that cover her body – A Work in Progress.
These were done in the studio with two Alien Bee B800s with Fotodiox Pro (32″ x 48″) Softboxes at about half power – 1/200 (sync) at f16 iso 100 – Canon EOS T5i & EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6
There are plans to do some more images in the future…
If you are interested in doing some studio work, please let me know.

I’m happy to announce that the wonderful folks over at County Lines Magazine have chosen another one of my images for their November cover!!
This image was taken nearly 3 years ago, on October 21, 2011, while walking the hills behind Shamona Creek Elementary School in Downingtown, within a few feet of 40°3’27” N 75°42’7″ W.
As you can see, there once stood a corn field, but as the fall season approaches, the migrating geese fly to a nice place to eat and rest for the night.
This view does NOT exist anymore.
Since then, the new Marsh Creek Sixth Grade Center has been built, and my daughter, Madison, is one of the first students in the new building!
Again, many thanks to the wonder folks over at County Lines Magazine!

I captured these images during a fall walk along the North West trails of Marsh Creek State Park in Chester County, PA.
These images share some of the views during my 5+ mile walk, and thankfully, the there was no real rain to speak of during my outing.
Once again, the storm clouds added some drama to the scenes.
Hope you enjoy!
